This is a Distant agreement between INFOPROFIX Ltd ( Registered number 206284716, Registered address Sofia, 4A, Saborna Str., fl. 1, Bulgaria, 1000) and customer. This website yourfriendpet.com is operated by Infoprofix LTD and if you are using this website that means you accept terms and conditions.
All legal disputes related to card processing are handled under Bulgarian Laws.
Refund and return policy
YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS ARE NOT AFFECTED.
If you do change your mind, you can return your purchase in its original condition within 35 days. You’ll just need order confirmation, or sales invoice and we will exchange the product or issue a refund.
If you’re unable to return your product because of the current restrictions we will accept a late return providing that the product meets all of the other terms of our returns policy.
If the product you purchase is faulty, or not as described, we may offer an exchange, refund.
Before returning any item, please contact us by email and you will be sent the relevant returns address and authorization number.
The goods must be returned to the address given on issue of the returns authorization number.
When returned items are received in good condition, a refund will be issued for the full price of the item but excluding shipping, admin and restocking costs. It is recommended that items are very well packed and should sent by recorded delivery as refunds cannot be made until goods are received in good condition.

Standard Shipping:
Orders placed before 1pm PST should be received within 7-10 business days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are handled on the Monday or the first working day after. (Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).
Orders can be shipped internationally. Shipping cost 15 USD.
SHIPPING POLICY: 100% of orders are shipped within one business day. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays.
CUSTOMS CLEARANCE: Please be aware that delays may be imposed by your country’s customs clearance. Our company is not responsible for paying any fees or rates charged by customs. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS: A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 21 business days for international orders. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.
WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
